David holds a Bachelor's degree from Victoria University of Wellington and an Honours degree from the University of Adelaide. He has more than 25 years' experience across technology, engineering services, business development and executive leadership, with expertise in project and programme management.

His career spans the public and private sectors across New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, where he has led business strategy, technology innovation and the delivery of complex, large-scale programmes. David has held senior leadership roles in operations, general management, technical consulting, business development and account management, bringing a strategic, commercially focused approach to delivering sustainable business outcomes.
