Ken brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across New Zealand and international markets, having held Director, General Manager and Managing Director roles spanning sales, operations, marketing, logistics and business leadership.

Over the past 12 years, he has built an extensive governance career, serving on boards across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, engineering, technology, agriculture, education, media and professional services. He currently serves on seven boards across New Zealand and Asia, chairing four.

In addition to his governance roles, Ken is an experienced business advisor and executive coach, specialising in strategic planning, leadership development, organisational change and board governance.  He is a governance expert with The Icehouse and has advised businesses through leading organisations including BNZ, NZME and Breakthrough.
