Ray brings more than 15 years of health, safety and environmental experience across steel, pulp and paper, dairy, power generation and petroleum refining.

His experience includes high-risk industrial work, major shutdowns, technical confined space management, emergency response, and incident investigation.

He also has more than 20 years of business management experience in New Zealand and Japan.

Ray takes a practical, people-focused approach to improving health and safety at Hutec.
