Warren is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, bringing more than 10 years of experience across both chartered accountancy and commercial business environments.

Throughout his career, Warren has worked directly with and supported businesses and organisations across a broad range of industries, including retail, education, construction, civil and heavy engineering, aviation, security, Māori authorities and charitable trusts. His experience covers financial budgeting and forecasting, financial systems and reporting, tax compliance, commercial contracts, risk management, and providing practical financial and commercial guidance to support informed decision-making.

Since joining Hutec, Warren has led the company’s finance function while providing financial and commercial support across hydro, geothermal and industrial projects throughout New Zealand and Australia. Working closely with management, operational and project teams, he supports project performance through financial oversight, forecasting, commercial and contractual matters, risk management and timely financial insight.
