Hutec offers on-site provision of a fully equipped 20ft. container workshop for the overhaul and testing of pressure safety valves. This allows us to work more efficiently while providing greater transparency and open communication with our customers.
The container’s high quality fit-out includes all the necessary tools and equipment for on-site repair and testing of PSVs, featuring the latest test bench to meet international valve testing standards, API 527, ASME PCT 25, and NBIC recommendations.
Together with laboratory grade digital test gauges programmed for data logging and PSV testing, Hutec can perform PSV testing with precision, while generating reliable data to backup results - and all the the customer’s site.
Hutec provides a comprehensive valve service, from diagnostics through to inspection, repair and final commissioning:
Removal and installation.
Site services, including insitu overhauls of pressure relief, control and manual valves.
Bolting and torquing of flanges.
Workshop overhauls of all types of valves.
