We support our hydro generators with a full suite of engineering and site based services from intakes, headgates and stop logs, MIVs, penstocks, scrolls, runners, turbines, and draft tubes.

Our strength is offering integrated engineering and fabrication solutions, leveraging our multidisciplinary teams of qualified mechanical engineers, project managers, site supervisors and tradespeople. Examples of our services include:

• Weld overlay and in-situ machining of runners.

• Inspection and assessment of all hydropower machinery.

• Reverse engineering and 3D design of components no longer supported by OEMs.

• Development of runner refurbishment processes, QA documentation, and weld procedures.

• Project and job management for end to end hydro refurbishment.

• Preparation of refurbishment ITPs and ITRs.
